Tony has over 30 years’ experience in the mineral resource industry covering all facets of the project lifecycle from test work to operations. He is an expert in engineering, process, and organisational influences. He has superior backend management knowledge of commissioning and closeout of projects, having been personally involved with commissioning of approximately 15 – 20 plants.
His vast experience across these disciplines has enabled him to work with numerous operating and engineering Companies to bring optimum solutions to the table. As OTI’s Managing Director, his wealth of experience and knowledge has been captured and used to define the Companies strategies and objectives for success.
Kim has over 20 years’ experience in the fabrication and construction industries and is an expert in project management, the fast track EPC delivery model and organisational operations. Kim has delivered multidisciplinary construction and EPC projects across the mineral and resource and energy sectors.
Kim’s extensive project management experience through EPC style contracts captures OTI’s project management processes for implementation and control using tools and techniques aligned to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) globally recognised applications. His multi-faceted skills and expertise are used to drive growth and performance in the Company’s operational areas, to further augment our team’s abilities for delivering Projects.
